The assets of this site
Le Trèfle, located in front of the train station in Laval (Mayenne), is a building that houses a large center dedicated to new forms of work, where traditional offices and coworking spaces cohabit. Our mission was to fit out more than 700 m² of offices. We were asked to design the last two floors of this building.\nOn the 4th floor, creation of company offices, shared work spaces, temporary or regular work rooms, meeting rooms. On the 5th floor, a large meeting room that can accommodate up to 300 people. This room allows to work but also to have lunch and dinner with a superb view on the city, from a terrace of 80 m².
